We have been running Menorca en Kayak, based in Es Grau, since 2026. We share a passion for sea kayaking, Menorca and days outdoors that end with salt on your skin and a good story to tell. We are a great team of qualified professionals, with a history spanning more than three decades close to the sea.

We love discovering the island up close: coves, cliffs, caves and clear water. We also love stopping, looking around and enjoying that special feeling of being exactly where you want to be.
That is what we want to share with you, with a personal approach and care for the surroundings we enjoy so much. We choose each route to suit the group’s ability and sea conditions, so you can paddle with confidence and good company.

We work with qualified guides and quality equipment, suited to each activity and checked before setting off. We explain how to use your equipment and the safety guidelines, so you can enjoy the sea with confidence.

We know the coast, and we listen to the wind. We adapt routes when needed and give you honest advice. We want you to enjoy Menorca and leave wanting to return.
More than three decades close to the sea.

The beginnings
María Teresa and Carlos took the first paddle strokes. Through hard work, dedication and a great deal of care, they accompanied many people on their first trip to sea, on holidays and on kayaking journeys still talked about years later.

Passing on the paddle
We, Eloy and Ricardo, are taking up the paddle. We do so with enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility and a desire to keep sharing the island as they did: with warmth, care and a wish for everyone to enjoy the sea.
Thank you for your kindness and for trusting us with this new chapter. You have left something very valuable in our hands. As well as the paddles, of course.
Es Grau is our base. Menorca is our adventure.
Our home is in Es Grau, beside s’Albufera d’Es Grau Natural Park, where we share some of our favourite places.
