Cancellation due to Weather Conditions:<\/strong><br data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"646\" \/>In the event of adverse weather conditions, MENORCA EN KAYAK may reschedule or cancel the activity. Additional services, such as transportation, are the responsibility of the client.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"559\">The booking requirements are specified in the description of each product.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"784\"><strong data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"604\">2. Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions:<\/strong><br data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"607\" \/>In the event of adverse weather conditions, MENORCA EN KAYAK may reschedule or cancel the activity. Service Conditions:<\/strong><br data-start=\"198\" data-end=\"201\" \/>For sea kayak rentals, the rates are per item and include 21% VAT.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"419\">The price includes a sea kayak, paddle, life jacket, spray skirt, 1 dry bag, safety equipment such as a spare paddle and towing rope, cup, and sponge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"543\">External services, such as transportation, must be arranged separately. Accommodation is the responsibility of the client.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"1077\">By renting the equipment, the client agrees to the following:<br data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"609\" \/><em data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"1077\">&#8220;I hereby declare that I take full responsibility for my own safety during the rental period. I am aware that sea kayaking carries certain risks, and I will take these risks into account while on the water. I will return the equipment in the same condition as it was given to me. If the equipment is not returned within the agreed period or is damaged in any way, MENORCA EN KAYAK has the right to charge for any extra costs due to delay or damage to the equipment.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1414\"><strong data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1122\">2. Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1125\" \/>Activities are subject to weather conditions and sea state. For this reason, MENORCA EN KAYAK may be forced to change or cancel the rental, even during the contracted period. In this case, the client is entitled to reschedule the rental service, receive a full refund, or a partial refund.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1528\">The amount paid for a booking will <strong>not be refunded if the weather conditions<\/strong> are unsatisfactory for the clients.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1632\">The amount paid for a booking will <strong>not be refunded if the client decides to leave due to inexperience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1826\"><strong data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1665\">3. Cancellation by the Client:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1668\" \/>The client may cancel or modify the contracted services and is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid after receiving written cancellation notice via email.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1871\">The following cancellation penalties apply:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1873\" data-end=\"2280\">\n<li data-start=\"1873\" data-end=\"1929\">A 10% administrative fee on the total booking price.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"2008\">Cancellations made 15 or more days in advance: 20% penalty of the total reservation amount.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2093\">Cancellations made between 14 and 5 days before the rental: 25% penalty of the total reservation amount.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2280\">Cancellations made less than 5 days before the rental: 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.<br data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2175\" \/>If the client fails to show up at the scheduled date and time, they must pay the full reservation amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2405\">We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance. Insurance and Acceptance of Terms:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2448\" \/>The necessary insurance for the activity is included.By confirming the reservation, the client accepts all terms and conditions outlined here.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2407\" data-end=\"2910\">No exceptions will be made to our cancellation policy for any reason, including but not limited to weather, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, personal, family, or medical emergencies. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures from a trip. Service Conditions:<\/strong><br data-start=\"189\" data-end=\"192\" \/>Our rates are per person and include 21% VAT as well as the mandatory civil liability and accident insurance required by the decree regulating canoeing activities by the Balearic Government (30\/1998, March 6, for profit-making nautical activity centers).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"578\">The rates include all necessary technical equipment for the activity, which you can consult in the technical sheet on our website.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"725\">External services (accommodation, transportation, etc.) are the client\u2019s responsibility, although MENORCA EN KAYAK may occasionally arrange them.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"1123\">We rarely cancel, but if cancellation becomes unavoidable, we will issue a full refund or do our best to place you in an equivalent program; the choice is yours. We strive to make these decisions at least 30 days before the start date of the program. If you are booking a flight or making other arrangements to attend this activity, we strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1255\">The technical sheet for each activity specifies the minimum age required for participation and the necessary booking requirements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1556\"><strong data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1283\">2. For this reason, MENORCA EN KAYAK may be forced to change or cancel the activity, even during its course. In this case, the client is entitled to reschedule the activity or receive a full or partial refund.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1644\">No refunds will be issued if the weather conditions are unsatisfactory for the client.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1728\">No refunds will be given if the client decides to leave due to lack of experience.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1927\"><strong data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1769\">3. Cancellations and Modifications:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1772\" \/>The client may cancel or modify the contracted services and is entitled to a refund of amounts paid, after receiving written cancellation notice via email.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"2054\">Since a significant portion of our costs are committed well in advance of the activity, the following penalty criteria apply:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2442\">\n<li data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2112\">10% administrative fee on the total reservation price.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2113\" data-end=\"2206\">Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance: 20% penalty of the total reservation amount.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2312\">Cancellations made less than 30 days before the activity: 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2442\">If the client does not show up at the scheduled date and time, they will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2577\">We strongly recommend that individuals purchase travel insurance. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or early departures. Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions:<\/strong><br data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"435\" \/>In case of adverse weather conditions, MENORCA EN KAYAK may reschedule or cancel the activity.
